All Populations Mat I Foundational Pilates training for real bodies, real clients, and real teaching environments.

Mat I is the foundation of Pilates teaching. This course covers the first three tiers of the classical Mat repertoire and teaches you how to deliver safe, effective, and inclusive Mat classes for a wide range of clients.
You will learn how to teach Pilates Mat work with confidence, not just memorizing exercises, but also understanding how and why they work, and how to adapt them for different body types, ages, and fitness levels.
This course emphasizes proper execution, cueing, and real world application, so you are prepared to teach both group classes and private sessions.
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
Teach the first 34 classical Pilates Mat exercises with confidence
Apply regressions and progressions for different ability levels
Cue posture, breath, alignment, and movement clearly
Modify exercises for beginners, older adults, athletes, and mixed level groups
Design balanced Mat classes that are safe and
effective
Continuing Education
