PAI teaches the 34 Classical Pilates exercises that are the core of the original Pilates repertoire, but so much more! PAI teaches our students how to both regress and modify the classical Pilates repertoire so that our instructors can teach private lessons and group classes to all ages, body types and fitness levels.

As a PAI Post Rehabilitation specialist, you will not only have the tools to work with clients in their post-rehabilitation journey, but also have the eye to spot potential problems before they happen as well as the skills to deliver appropriate corrective exercises to help them.
