Learn to teach Reformer Pilates with precision, safety, and confidence.

Course Overview

Reformer I introduces you to the first three tiers of the classical Reformer repertoire, with a strong focus on proper technique, biomechanics, and teaching application.

This course goes beyond fitness reformer workouts. You will learn how the Reformer works, how to adjust springs and settings correctly, and how to teach purposeful movement that delivers results while protecting your clients.

What You Will Learn

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

Teach foundational to intermediate Reformer exercises safely

Understand spring resistance and Reformer mechanics

Modify exercises for different body types and limitations

Transition clients from Mat to Reformer

Confidently teach private and small group Reformer sessions
