Reformer I
Learn to teach Reformer Pilates with precision, safety, and confidence.

Reformer I introduces you to the first three tiers of the classical Reformer repertoire, with a strong focus on proper technique, biomechanics, and teaching application.
This course goes beyond fitness reformer workouts. You will learn how the Reformer works, how to adjust springs and settings correctly, and how to teach purposeful movement that delivers results while protecting your clients.
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
Teach foundational to intermediate Reformer exercises safely
Understand spring resistance and Reformer mechanics
Modify exercises for different body types and limitations
Transition clients from Mat to Reformer
Confidently teach private and small group Reformer sessions
Continuing Education
PAI makes it easy to re-certify with PAI, ACE, NASM, AFAA and NATPCP with dozens of courses and workshops to enhance your career.
